Jas presents New Towns research at Urban Design Group conference in Ipswich.

Jas recently presented our 'Solutions for New Towns and Urban Extensions' research piece at the Urban Design Group's annual conference in Ipswich, chaired by Katja Stille and joined by Claire Matterson from the Royal Horticultural Society and Geoff Burrage from ITP.

Whilst New Towns offer tremendous potential, recent endeavours have missed the mark. Collectively, we have a long way to go if we are to make the case that the next generation of new settlements can deliver enduring quality.
